Old is gold,New look is clumsy

Hai,

I am using sdn forum for the past 4 years.

The old look of sdn forum is very user friendly and easily understandable in searching,posting...

But the new SCN Beta version is very clumsy,confusing and scattered.

Pl can any one look into this issue seriously and revert back to the old look for the benefit of sap community users,if not, provide both the versions for the users benefit.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having a difficult time.  There are numerous resources on to help you get started.

In the 3 months since migration, there have been numerous queries and discussions similar to what you posted here.  Please have a look at those discussions.

I'd just like to echo the first post. The new look site is poorly designed. Assuming you're trying to communicate with your customer base at least.

I can only believe your leadership decided they were giving away too much information.

The fact you have to refer us to "Getting Started" when some of us have used the earlier site for years without any need for help says everything.

Thanks for your feedback.  The additional enhancements and features we gained with the new platform required changes to how things were organized and used.  Like with any new product, I'm sure that once users get the hang of it they quickly get accustomed to it and appreciate their new capabilities.
