Missing Transfer Order in LTAP

Wea have created a transfer order to put material away into a High Bay Warehouse,the transfer order document and labels printed ok but the document number is now not visible.

It cannot be accessed via either LT21,LT15,LT24 etc... neither can it be seen in SE16 in LTAP.

If I run LX11 it is mssing from the list.

It shows neither as a cancelled or confirmed TO.

We have identified no update failures on that day.

Does any one have any ideas as to what mayhave happened?

Hi,

What is the setting for printing "is it before update" or "after update" because sometime because of system error TO no does not update in table (very rare case), so if you set " print before update" so printing is happening before TO is getting updated.

It is currently set as print before update.

  So, this could mean that the output was printed, an error
occurred and the Table update failed,is that right?

Hi,

Yes you are absolutely right, please take help of your ABAP person and debug it, you will come to know reason for update failure.

Thanks for that ,we will try to debug a repeat of that transaction and see if we can isolate the cause.
