activate company code check in controlling area XXX

Hi,

When assigning variant for real time integration to company code, I am getting error message ''activate company code check in controlling Area XXX''. in transaction

I have checked the COCD validation box and given all the company codes in assignment section.

Not sure where I am going wrong.

Hello Srikanth Thamma,

It looks like you have not activated company code in controlling area. Please Use Transaction Code OKKP In that Left side you will see 2 options in that Double click on Assignment of Company code there you have to give Company code (----).

Execute t code OKKP, highlight your controlling area, on the left window pane double-click on "Activate components/control indicators" and see if the checkbox 'CoCd Validation' is checked.  I think that is what system is talking about.
