How to change the status in 'crmd_order' automatically?


I need to change the ticket status from "customer action" to "Confirmed" automatically.

Note: There is no range defined for "customer action" to "Confirmed".

    There are various ways to achieve it

    CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT which is used for changing the status of tickets cn be used in a background job

    or you can schedule an action which triggers on customer action and change it to confirmed.
