Hi
We are in SRM 7.1 & when the shopping cart approver opens the work item the following error is displayed.
The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transacaction PPOMA_BBP.".
The approver (Manager) is having a manager role in SU01 & I think this is sufficient .
In BBP_BP_OM_integrate I found the error as Determination of connections to object 'CP' of 'S' '50000XX' failed
Is it an Issue
If we assign Administrator role in SU01 th approver is able to open the work item
Any thoughts on how to fix the Issue?
Thanks
Madhav

Thanks Madhav, we have just upgraded to SRM 7.0 and on further investigation it appears that newly created users can open the work item for approval but the migrated users get the error: The attributes of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transacaction PPOMA_BBP
The roles assigned are the same for the newly created and migrated users.
Any ideas of what the problem could be?
Kind Regards
Paul
Hi Paul
1) Please check if the Migrated users has employee role in SU01 &
2) Please run BBP_BP_Om_integrate (HRALXSYNC ) for the affected user. This issue may come if the business partner of the migrated user & the business partner of the orgt unit doesnot sync with each other
This program syncs it up & creates a relationship in BUR010 in table BUT050
Thanks
Madhav
Thanks Madhav, have already checked this and its all green lights, all consistent, all attributes defined and all relationships maintained.
Its strange as if we create a new user they can shop and open work items for approval but the migrated users that were created prior to the upgrade cant shop or open any work items.
Hello Madhav,
Can you please check PP01 for the Manager. You have to select the Position ID of the Manager and in PP01 select Object type as Position and enter the Position ID 5 series number. Then check the Relationship to see if the CP is assigned in there for that manager.
Thank you
Ritesh

Hi,
Please use BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE for the user as well as position of the user to gauge the error. You can then self correct the error.

Hi,
First you try with Txn USERS_GEN to check consistency & it might fix the problem.
If not then you can use Txn BBP_CHECK_USERS to check & correct faulty user. If you see object link as red, then you should delete the user & replicate again.
I hope it resolves your issue.
