Webservice Function module import parameter issue in ICT_SERVICE_DESK_API service provider

Hi experts,

               In web service while using a function module ICT_IF_PROCESS_INCIDENT.when we executing the function module its asking a ICT_ID.

I tried with various id which i know.its throwing back error.please help to to give the correct import parameter to get the relevant output for the specified function module.Please help me to solve this issue.
