    Hi Hari,

During creation of Task List provide the component which you want to issue during Preventive Work on regular basis in Component tab.( Here if you tic on Backflush check box, then system posts the withdrawal only upon confirmation of the operation. The withdrawal is then posted automatically)

    Creating a maintenance plan:

For this you can use T-code: IP41 - Single Cycle Plan, IP42 - Strategy Plan, IP43 - Multiple Counter Plan

Here provide Description, Equipment, Order type, Task List, Call Horizon, Scheduling Period, Sort field etc.

    For Scheduling Maintenance Plan:

For this you can use T-Code: IP10 - Schedule Maintenance Plan

Here you have to select desired Maintenance Plan & provide here Start Date.

    For Dead Line Monitoring:

For this you can use T-Code: IP30 – Dead Line Monitoring for Maintenance Plan

Here you can provide Maintenance Plan, Sort field (used in maintenance Plan) for Dead Line Monitoring of Maintenance Plan.

    For Release Maintenance Order:

For this you can use T-Code: IW38 – Change PM Order: Selection of Order, IW32 – Change Order

Here you have to select desired MO from list & Release it by clicking Green Flag.

    For Goods Issue:

For this first you have to make reservation of material required in Maintenance Order’s Component tab. After that take reservation no. by clicking on Gen. Data tab which is at bottom on Component tab itself. Then Save the Order. You can also see the component which you have given in task list is also here in component tab.

On the basis of this Reservation No. you can issue the goods.

For this you can use T-Code MB1A

Here provide proper Posting & Document Dates, Plant, and Storage Location. Then click on “To Reservation” Tab on upper task Bar, After clicking you get new window here provide Reservation No. which you have taken from maintenance order, Then on the basis of this reservation no system copies the data & you can issue the material.

    For PM Order Confirmation:

For this you can use T-Code: IW41 – Enter PM Order Confirmation Screen

Here you have to provide Maintenance Order No. then press enter, if in maintenance order contains the number of operation, then select the operations for which you want to do the confirmation. Then click on Actual Data Icon on upper task bar.

Here provide Work Star/End Date & Time, Tic on Final Confirmation, No. Remain Work, Clear Open Res. Also provide Actual Duration. Then click on Next icon & repeat the above process till you get following message “You have reached the last selected operation”. Then Save.

    For TECO of Maintenance Order:

    You can use T-Code: IW32

Here you have to provide Stat/End Date & time, if required click on Breakdown Duration tab then click on Black Flag from upper task bar.

Please check at you end. Hope this will help you to resolve your Problem.

    Regards

    Ritesh
