Standard Crystal layout not pulling through information

Hi Experts,

I am using the standard Crystal layout in Business One, the report is working great but when it comes to payments made on account the report doesnt retrieve any data.

It only returns information when the payment is associated with an Invoice and should it not be associated with an Invoice it prints blank.

Can someone please help.

Are you using any formula to display the Payment?. Pls post back the structure?.
