emails not triggered for Rfx Response, Contract and Auctions

Hi Forum,

We are on SRM 701.

Using automatic approval for RFx Response and Contracts.

In the SPRO activity SRM Server-->Cross-Application Basic Settings-->Set Output Actions and Output Format-->Define Actions for Document Output following is maintained for standard --action profile BBP_PD_CTR

for processing types

and under Condition-Dependent Document Output

Similar settings are maintained for Auctions, RFx and Rfx Response but emails are triggered only for RFx related events like Publish, Accept etc and for auctions, contract and Rfx Response no emails are triggered.

Supplier master data has email in SU01 and BP.

Even the BADI BBP_CHANGE_OUTPUT_SF is triggered only for RFx and nothing else.

Has some one come across such issue? Any pointers will be of great help.

In debugging I found that the system is not able to determine the emailid of sender i.e. purchaser and hence it is failing.

We have maintained email id in transaction BP and SU01 and the objects relations are perfect in Org structure.

The report HRALXSYNC shows "email not maintained" error for this user thoug it is there in BP and SU01.

Do we need to maintain email at any other place also?

Is the email maintained in the relationship tab under BP T-code?

Yes in relationships also email is there.
