How to delete mass custom user groups in GRC 5.3 RAR

Hi

I want delete all Custom user groups which are already existing in my GRc RAR 5.3..

For upload, we have option IMPORT but for deleting mass custom user groups,No option..

Please let me know..It is very urgent for me to do this..I have 3278 custom groups already existing in my GRC RAR 5.3

I know this is an old post and you may not need this answer anymore, but I figured I'd post it just in case someone came along that did.

The way to Mass Remove Users is to grab the User Group and User ID at the bottom of the table, put that into the tab delimited import file and make the first line in the import file a 'blank' tab delimited entry (i.e. blank tab blank)

This should fill in all of the other entries prior to this one with a null value and place the only entry in your import file at the top of the table. Simply delete that final entry to clear the table.

I figured this out because I've done something similar with the rule set table in deleting a rule set and all the entries by only leaving the table headers and everything else blank... it's the fastest way to delete a rule set in RAR 5.3.

Hi S. Nagaraju,

Unfortunately, there is no option to delete all the custom user group in single go for 3278 custom groups.

On Custom Group page, there are only 15 entries available at a time and you can select them and delete them. Similarly, you can go to each page one by one and delete maximum available entries which are available on the same page.
