Hi SAP Gurus....
With this change in this SDN I am hoping I am addressing the right people!!
I seem to be encountering "DeadLock" issue with my Process Chains. I have 4 different PC
running at different times. For last 8 months thye were scheduled and were running like a
charm with no issues. However, we were forced to put them on AUTOSYS last week and
eversince we are having this issue. All Process Chains were on schedule to run at different
times.... Say 3:00 AM; 4:00 AM; 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM. We requested the AUTOSYS folks
to schedule the jobs at the same time. So now, the PC are getting triggered twice each with
a diffreenceof 3 to 8 seconds difference in start time..... resulting Daily Failure of the jobs. The
ODS does not get Activated ending up in doing it manually and asking BASIS guys to mark the
job as success.
We tried the following:
1. removed the PCs from Schedule
2. Unchecked the "Daily" schedule in the variant.
Still all the PCs are getting triggered daily twice and with job failures.
How can we run the PCs on AUTOSYS schedule to run only once and have no job failures??
