Alerts not triggering to Service Manager

Hello Gurus,

I have configured the Z Alert Category under People Centric CRM service with subscription authorisation as 'SAP_BC_ALM_ADMIN'.

In the action profile i have selected Partner Determination for action with Partner function as ZSRVMAN service Manager.

The problem is that alert is only triggering to BP's with desired role irrespective of who is maintained as Service Manager in the service order.

Can you let me know how to trigger the alert only to service manager partner function ? This is critical for my project, any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    To what kind of BP role is the action working? I think the service manager have to be defined as an employee in the system. Check the partner function category of the partner function ZSRVMAN.

    Defining an action which is partner dependent and maintaining a valid Email id in the BP master should resolve the issue.
