Transport Error: Communication Failure (FWM 00001) FP3 Patch5

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our Dashboard 4.0 to FP3 Patch 5 level. After that we are not able to connect one of our BO system. It gives a error message. This BO system is also in same patch level that is BO 4.0 FP3 Patch 5

Transport Error: Communication Failure (FWM 00001)

But we are able to connect another BO 4.0 box which is not FP3 patch 5 level.

Also we have noticed that after up-gradation of Dasboard it comes with Build 14,0,3,678. Whereas when we upgrade the BO platform on server side and client tool we found that their build version is 711. As per the SAP Note 1602088 , 678 is FP3 Patch 3. Is that mean that dashboard is not upgraded to patch 5 level.

Kindly share your views.

Regards

Jituda

The issue got resolved as there is a problem in the hostname. Once we identify the correct hostname change in local host file it working fine.

My second question is still not clear about the dashbored version.

when we upgrade the BO platform on server side and client tool we found that their build version is 711. But when we upgrade dashboard to patch 5 it shows 678. As per the SAP Note 1602088 , 678 is FP3 Patch 3. Is that mean that dashboard is not upgraded to patch 5 level.
