    Hello Swathi,

For this you need to create UWL Configuration file (xml file),Where you will define the sub-view

which will appear in drop down .

But in another drop down which is a subview we have to add some values .How to add these values

Your solution is mainly dived in three steps:

    1. create the new custom uwl configuration file (xml file).

    2. Upload the created xml file in portal with high priority with the required system alias

    3. Clear the UWL Cache

In xml file you will have to define

    1. Item Type declaration and

    2. view declaration

You can search the SDN for this or you can follow Blog here its explained about XML file,

    Item Type declaration,view declaration.

and how to call the workitems related to these values only.

When we define the Item Type , we give the Task id here and in view also. So all the work items

related to given tasks will appear here.

Search the SDN you will get much better link for this .
