Please mention where should i assign the overall profile for capacity evaluation

As an example when you will call the transaction CM25 system will ask overall profile. There you need to assign.

The CY* user parameters can be used to assign it to your user profile.

You can use transaction CM07 where the profile is requested.

If you also create a profile for capacity leveling, you should use CM25.
