SAP CRM - ABAP BOL: How to identify the Navbar option clicked by user

Hello experts,

I need some help with ABAP BOL to identify if a user has clicked on a certain buttons of SAP CRM Interaction Center.

When the user has clicked to create a new account like image below.

But here is not just new Individual Account but a new Individual Account (BP) for an existing Membership.

I need to know if a user tries to create a new BP by that button to implement new logic in a method.
