Time quota generation Issue !

Hi All,

Please assist me in resolving the following issue,

Requirement: Sick leave

EE's having 1 or >=2 years work experience should get 5 Days of sick leave,
EE's having 2 or >=999 years work experience should get 10 Days of sick leave,

My Efforts:

A PCR is written to achieve the above,

It is generating quota properly but Instead of generating after one year it is generating at the end of the year only.

Ex: Employee hired on 01.04.2012 and as per above it has to generate the 5 Days of quota on 01.04.2013 but it is generating quota on 31.12.2013.

"My requirement is,It has to generate quota on 01.04.2013 only instead of year ending"

Please guide me how to resolve this issue ...

Best Regards:

Devendra Reddy D.

    Hi

    Requirement: Sick leave

EE's having 1 or >=2 years work experience should get 5 Days of sick leave,
EE's having 2 or >=999 years work experience should get 10 Days of sick leave,

This can be achieved through Seniority basis

    000-002 Five days of quota

    002-999 10 days of quota

In base entitlement you have to configure based on Date types. The same in Validity intervals using date types.

Feature HDATE to be used in order configure the above steps , Infotype 0041 to be maintained , the return value of the Feature HDATE should the be value you have maintained in IT0041

Example :- If employee joined on 15-04-2012. Quotas has to generate on 15-04-2012 to 14-04-2102.

Please Confirm the quotas have to generate based on Fiscal year or Calendar year , or Date of hire.

    Regards,

    Raja Sekhar

Check the validity period for interval

As of now i feel , The system is taking Calendar year as validity period for interval period ensure to have financial year

    Hi devender,

there is standard setting available for the above requirement you could use base entitlement rule to do so.

same can be used for other rule with minimum as 002-999 as maximum with sequence no as 002. employees more than 2 year would get 10days based on seniority.

    regards

    vishal.

    Devendra,

i guess you might have not configured Generation Rule, you can do this in table V_T559L Table, in Generation Rules - for Generation and Accrual and Transfer Period make sure you to select Radio Button "Upon Accrual" and Save.

let me know if this works, Thank you.
