HB Loan Firstly EMI Deduct on Principal & after Interst amount deduct

Hi,

I am working on ECC 6.0 include EHP 5   for public sector unit -Maharashtra Govt.

The client is having 4 types of loan - IT0045.  first tow are with different type of Interst & remaining two are intrest free loan.

Guide Lines required for House Building Loan.

The condition is that principal amount Rs.839000 is to be deducted monthly basis EMI Rs.4369 per month ONLY but interest will be calculate but not deduct upto Nil the Principa amount Rs.839000 and then the 9.5% Interst amount will recover from 40 installments from employees.

You have to take help of ABAPER and you have to use LOAN BADI to achieve this requirement.

Also your patches level should be latest one, SAP provide standard functionality to achieve this through LOAN BADI.

Same requirement we have done for AP Govt unit.

Please check your mail - I have forwarded sample copy of Badi....but you have to apply your requirement logic ....
