Monitoring Mechanism SAP CRM Sales 2.0.1


We are in process of implementing SAP CRM Sales for our customer and would like to built a robust monitoring process.

Some of the points which we need are :

  • DOE Admin gets a message when a queue is in fail status
  • Queue processing large volume of data be identified
  • Using CCMS to leverage monitoring
  • What all backgroud jobs need to be activated/created.
  • Data archiving strategy on DOE
