do not find Custom BO in Workflow rules's BO dropdown

Hi There,

I have created custom BO in C4C.

In addtion to that, i want to setup email notification for that BO operations but i could not see particuler this custom BO in BO dropdow list of workflow rules.

Do i need to add from somewhere or what?

Please guide

    Hi,

    If you want to use your custom BO in workflow rules then you need to enable the notification rule for your BO. Please make sure you are using EMPLOYEE_ID as datatype for the recipient. Further you can check this discussion.

    for using notification rules please check 1611 technical guide section. 8.8.1 Enable Notification Rules
