Where I can do an enhancement to block some outputs in billing?

Hi experts,

We have a requirment,that's to block some outputs according to the combination of Cstomer/Plant during billing activity.

We will maintain a zconfig,and I suppose to check the zconfig to block some outputs in certern userexit.

Does anybody know where I can do this?In which userexit?
