Save as Template button on Time Entry need to be made visible

Save As Template button on ESS Time Entry screen is currently hidden on the portal and I need to enable it. In Java Webdynpro code it seems to be already set to visible.

Is the button visibility controlled from backend ECC ? or purely from Java Webdynpro ? In the VcCatRecordEntryView view "Save As Template" button visibility is visible

Thanks for your help !!

    Hi Asim,

As far as my knowledge you can control visibility of Save As Template button through customization in SPRO transaction under Personal Administration - > Employee Self Services.

Below link could be helpful to find more information on this.

    Hope it helps.

save as template is by default available and no it cant be set via backend customisation it has to be done via frontend if it is hidden

    have you performed personalisaiton?

it is usually next to delete row below the grid, check the standard iview via content admin

Uday and Siddharth, Thanks for your help. I realised later that there are two tabs on the Time Entry Screen and one is for Weekly and the other one was for Daily time entry. The daily time entry comes on the screen by default and the "Save As Template" and "Reset Template" were already set to visible on this tab and all the buttons are duplicated on both the tabs and changing visibility on on weekly tab for the buttons reolved the issue.
