hide tab in mss compensation planning iview (SAP ECM)

Hey guys,

I need some help with a requirement, regarding SAP ECM.

In compensation planning via MSS, there are tabs for every compensation plan with eligible employees.

I need to hide a tab when the User is not a manager of a specific grade.

Is there any Badi to implement this feature?

In other words: I need to show/hide compensation planning tabs in mss iview by custom implemented logic.

Any ideas?
