Dump Error

Dear all,

When system gives Dump error it consumes the licence. How can i reuse that licence?

I have to do restart the PC for loging from the same userid.

Is there  any other solution?

Hi Pravin,

Don't worry your license does not get consumed.

The only thing that happens is, that the license server does not get a proper notification of the user logging out, as it would when you normally close the client.

The license server will check every so many minutes (somewhere between 1 and 10, I do not exactly remember), and free up the license that was locked during the application crash.

So when this happens, just wait for a couple of minutes, and try again. no need to restart the PC.
