    Hello,

Did you try to delete Tomcat cache and delete all folders under WebApps?

Of course you must stop Tomcat before performing these steps?

    Regards,

    Amina

      Hi Javier,

I order to delete Tomcat cache, please follow these steps:

      1. Stop Tomcat from SIA

      2. Take a backup of the two folder :

      - <install path>/Tomcatxx/Webapps.

      - <install path>/Tomcatxx/work/catalina/localhost.

      3. Delete the files located under Webapps and under Localhost

      4. Start Tomcatxx

      Hope this can help 😊

      Regards,

      Amina

    Javier:

Here are few things to check:

1 - Check and make sure that your license keys are still active in CMC

2- Check and make sure that all your CMC services / servers are running within CMC

3 - Try manually stopping the CMC service and restarting it

    Hope this helps...

    Regards,

    Rama
