Good issue to a cost center

Dear friends,

I have a requirement.

I want to good issue from MB1A movement tyoe 201 "GI for the cost center". I want to set a budget to the cost centers. a cost center needs to have three budgets for three material categories.

can I implement this in SAP.

For assigning budgets and then tracking material issue against it can be done only with Networks or WBS elements or even through internal orders. It cannot be done against a cost center as you are looking for?
