Warning mesage instock posting after UD

Hi

I have a requirement from my client.

I have material which has two qualitative characteristics and code is O.K and NOT O.K.

Material is serial number managed and inspection point is serial number.

Result record is summerized.Sampling procedure is attributive inspection non confirmative units and 100% inspection.

My client wants if suppose two units with serial number material ,result recording is done and any of them has characteristic result defect( NOT O.K) and valuation of any of the two inspection point is reject then if user post stock in unrestricted after UD then system should give warning message like one of the inspection point's characteristic has result defect valuation.

Is there is any FM or by other means to possible to meet this requirement.
