bpc park N go

Hi ,

I am working on BPC NW 7.5.

I am Saving the report using park N go function Static data and static current view in my c drive. after saving the report to c drive the format of the report is changed when i opened and see it . how to over come this isssue.

please could you help me on this.

    Hi Kishore,

    In the static report, are you getting messages like #RFR or #ERR?

      Hi Nilanja,

      its static report..

      when i save the report to local drive using parkNgo (static data static current view). the format of the report changed when i open form the local drive.

      Please help me on this..

    Hi Kishorekumar,

    it could be that you have checked “Refresh workbook on workbook open”, please see this note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1585060 or, it could be a bug with the "Static data and static current view". To check this try

    • setting Park&Go to offline
    • save the report in local
    • logoff BPC
    • reopen the report and see if the format change or not.
