We have implemented BRF workflow with expressions and schem

We are on SRM 7.0 with BRF workflow.

Currently configured 6 process levels for spend ranges approval and process levels for prod. category routing within our schema and expression.

This works great with the prod. category approval level falling last on approval steps.

Now we have a requirement to have prod. category approval level fall earlier in the approval/process levels.

Our config is almost working, but it is reading the process levels twice (level 3, and prod. category at end)

Is there a standard way or recommended evaluation ID or task to define process schema to read approval level #3 and prod. category so it only routes to prod. category approval level once at level 3.

Any guidance greatly appreciated.

Kim

    HI Kim,

Once you have evalution ID to determine the schema you want, then which process level is executed all depends on the expression logic you have written for each process level.

So the control is on determining if the expression for the process level has to be true or false at given point of time.

      Hi Sam,

Thank you for the quick & helpful response. I was hoping to look into the expression setting at process level in our workflow but have not been able to yet.

Will respond as soon as complete.

Thanks again and apologies for my slow response.
