Target URL of Broken Delta Link Error after EHP2 update

Recently we updated our EP system from EHP1 to EHP2 SP11.

Everything works fine except.

1.We are getting below error when creating new iview from basis template

Target URL of Broken Delta Link: pcd:portal_content%5cx2ftemplates%5cx2fiviews%5cx2furliview

2.When we try to create new iview from PAR file, it errors out in final phase with below error

Object was not created. Try again later. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

i am not finding anything default trace log either.

Already  applied  latest patches for component EPBC2 and SAPJTECHS.

Please help if someone know whats fix here.

Hi Rajendra Thanks for your quick response, that was helpfull and seems to some whatsimilar to what issue we have.i checked the latest patch for EHP2, its SP11 for EPBC2 and SAPJTECHS ,and thats what we have in our system.The SAP note 1677231 already applied.Still we are facing the same issue.- The iView creation is failing with broken link.
