Invalid entries in the SAP CRM table T005 for few fields

Hi SAP CRM Experts,

In the SAP CRM (7.0) Table T005 ,the fields PRBKN, LNBLZ, PRBLZ ,LNPSK, PRPSK and XPRBK  contain invalid characters "##"  and the field  BNKEY contains "." instead of values 1,2,3,4,5.But in ERP , the table has correct numerical values.

Please suggest how to correct these values , do we have any adopter object in SAP CRM to download the table from ERP to CRM ?

Also  these invalid entries in T005 will have any impact in any other areas?

Would appreciate highly for any recommendations?

Hi,

T005 table contain country related data. It wil affect you master and business transaction data if it is not correctly filled.

To download country related data from ECC to CRM executed initial load for adapter object "DNL_CUST_BASIS2"

Along with this adapter object execute the initial load for below mention object in sequence

• DNL_CUST_BASIS
• DNL_CUST_BASIS2
• DNL_CUST_BASIS3
• DNL_CUST_BASIS5
• DNL_CUST_BASIS6

when i tried to download from ECC to CRM by the initial load with the adapter object "DNL_CUST_BASIS2" , i am getting a warning message with two errors as shown below :

After i press enter key again it is taking me to initial screen

Please suggest how to rectify this.

Hi,

In R3AC3 transaction select the adapter object and make "Function" field blank. Currently it might be having data "COMPARE" in this field. You can also execute report "SMOF_CORRECT_SMOFOBJECT" that will update all the adapter object which is having incorrect data maintain.

Thanks a million.It really solved my issue.My issue resolved by using the adopter object DNL_CUST_BASIS2.

Please suggest on the below queries:

1)Do i need to download reset back the function as "COMPARE" for this object?

2)DO i need to execute all the other adopter objects as well (DNL_CUST_BASIS,DNL_CUST_BASIS3,DNL_CUST_BASIS5 and DNL_CUST_BASIS6) the same by deleting the function "COMPARE"?

3) As you have mentioned above these objects need to be executed in sequence but i executed only one adopter object (DNL_CUST_BASIS2)?

Hi,

You done need to revert the changes. in ideal scenario the "Compare" data is not required in 'Field" for these adapter.

Please execute these adapter object in sequence and verify you issue whether it is getting resolved OR not.

Hi Ankush,

As suggested ,I have executed all these 5 adopter objects in sequence.

I don't find any difference for the adopter objects other than DNL_CUST_BASIS2 since with this object

the entires got updated from ECC to CRM in the table T005.

Hi,

In case if ECC is sending some country data which is not available in CRM then in that case it will have some issue. Ideally these two should have same entry.

I also dont know how to reward point ideally it should appear on left hand side. In case if you are not able to reward point then you might have taken some wrong action for posting the query.
