Saving DOCX. file through QC52 t-code gives error

Hi Experts,

My functional team is facing an error while saving/ displaying a docx. file through QC52 t-code

Process :

--> T-code : QC52

--> Gives the certificate number and ENTER

--> Click on certificate

--> It gives a pop-up with XLS and Microsoft word docx format

The XLS is opening but when I click on "docx" it gives me an error saying "SAP Archive link (error in storage system)"

May I know what all are the configuratiuons that I need to check from Basis side.

I need to solve this on urgent basis , quick help is really appreciated
