Hello Krish,

Looks like, either the document number range has been exhausted or it is reset by someone.

You can check, if the document current number is  same as the last available number of rdocument. If not, then check your system and make the curent number same as the last number in the series.

I hope it helps.

Hi Krish,

Is this issue happened in production system ?  If no, this could be reason for this issue.

Someone would have changed current document number in AS08.  The solution is, find out last posted document number for 020 number range from BKPF table and assign the same against current number in AS08.

If this issue is in production system, this issue has to be investigated thoroughly.

Best Regards,

Madhu

Hello Krish,

The t-code is FBN1.

HI Madhu

AS08 is not for document number range , in AS08 you can maintain the number range for Asset Number . you have to use FBN1 for the document posting.

Kirish

Please check the Number range assigned to the Document Type AA , use Tcode OBA7 after that you can check the number range maintained using FBN1 in  the company code for the year

Hi Krish / Shahib,

My apologies.  I meant FBN1 and to check in BKPF table but typed as AS08.

This kind of issue happen, when you convert to year dependent number ranges to year specific in FBN1.  Check for the last document number for that document type posted in BKPF and maintain the same in FBN1.
