Hello Everybody,
I put in a request for the Amazon HANA sandbox access about a week ago and have not heard back from them. How long do they take to get back to you with your account details?
Please advice.
PS: I have a client demo coming up and SAP has retired my cloudshare account requesting me to move to Amazon which is getting delayed.
Regards,
Rama
Hello All,
I request you to share small information if anyone of you aware of it.
Some of my friends are interested to learn hana and they are looking for sap hana server access and they are in a though to go with Amazon, but the cost seems bit high.
They are now in an interest to know whether amazon is going to lower their cost a bit for hana access for a group of 5 members.
I hope you might have checked the details of it also right, does that server contains bods,bw and bo?
If not is there any option for us to install the required things on the server.
Please do share me if you are ware of it.
Regards,
Sharath

Hi Neha,
Thanks for your blog. I need some suggestions from you. Basically I am a BI consultant and also worked on ABAP ( DD,BDC, ALV , Form etc) BO ( Xcelcious , Universe & WEBI ).
Should I go for HANA ? How it will be helpful in my Skill set . What will be my future prospect.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Kamruz
Hello Kamaruzzaman,
Hope I can answer this question and Neha let me know if I miss some thing.
People think, no need to have any idea of any data warehousing concepts in learning this hana, but personally I feel like if we have an idea to these topics it lowers our burden in digesting the concepts of hana. Because as a whole when you talk about hana we try to discuss on the etl, modelling and reporting.
If you are interested to learn and update yourself with the updated technology it is always good.
Your skill sets suites to learn hana and boosts your exposure.
Make use of the content delivered by sap in the forums and start your preparation.
Regards,
Sharath
