The right practice to follow is to transfer the configuration changes from Development to Quality Client and from Quality to Production Client after thorough testing in each client of configurations.

Now if you directly assign GL Account in Production Client in FBZP, then your work will be simpler as of now but then the system will not be in sink which may create a problem in future.

So it is always advisable to follow a particular steps.

My Question: Are you not using manual / electronic bank statement load? If so, you should have encountered the error long time back.

In FI12, you need to give the bank main account.

Please follow the transport route, rather than adopting for directing changes.
