Alok, i have to use details for inbound direction- as in SAP this will be inbound from a 3rd party system?

with parameters more suitable for transaction MFBF..

thanks in advance,

Hi

we are using Interfaces for backflush

In our case we are using Message type:WMMBXY IDoc for reporting goods movements in the IM module

and basis type:WMMBID02--, which facilitates stock movements from external systems.

Please check

thanks Srihari.

we also used WMMBXY and basis type:WMMBID02 for MB1B and MB1C - which is all ok.

for MFBF- (MTS) i'm not able to identify the segment/ fields for

“MFBF”, 01/31/2012, 1123.32, “TON”, 10001, “OKDC”, “OKDC”,
“SL06”, 20000, “RAW2012_01”, 1232.32, “TON”, “OKDC”, “SL05”

i tested in WE19 for with segment E1MBXYH and E1MBXYI and unable to find identical fields w.r.t trans MFBF and unable to post.

could you elaborate how you're able to do it and with what all segments ?

Hi

Please check the segments attached.

This we are calling Zfunction module.

thanks Srihari!

in above example, i wonder where did you consider the qty of the component (if needs to be changed)?

what this custom fm is doing- have you copied this fm from some standard fm ?

thanks,

Sachin.

Hi

In our case Backflush for components will happen as per BOM.

Deficit quantity adjustments will be done using MF47.

At the end of the month by Physical Inventory posting.

whats the purpose of this custom fm you're using ?

i suppose you use- WMMBID02:

i'm using fields-

-doc date

- posting date

-transaction code ??

- material

- plant

-sto loc

-batch

- movement type

-qty in un entry

unit of entry

i'm curious whether we can do it via standard component w/o need for any custom program?

my apologoes for these deadend questions, but your help could end up providing me a quick solution to this issue.

many thanks in advance.

Hi Coolio7,

Check if you can define your own custom message/basic type with standard BAPI to post backflush.

Depending upon your scenario, you can use BAPI's:

BAPI_REPMANCONF_CREATE_MTS

BAPI_REPMANCONF_CREATE_MTO

thanks Anup!

i'm being a functional guy, can you pleaes elaborate what process/ transactions we can use to meet this requirements (if its not too much of work for you) ?

my 1st preference is to have the standard set of basic/ messge type and work with them

2nd with custom BAPI also sounds promising, but as business didnt did it before will be something from the scratch.

presently we use WMMBID02 for inbound MB1B and MB1B- i was expecting more of a similar components for my inbound backflush (inbound from non- sap system) ?

again thanks in advance.

Hi Coolio7,

Apologies but I'm also a functional but has worked on interfaces earlier so thought of sharing my experience...

Does this message type-WMMBID02 has some process ID (FM) assigned in tcode-WE64?

If yes then I believe by assigning our backflush FM (BAPI_REPMANCONF_CREATE_MTS or

BAPI_REPMANCONF_CREATE_MTO) as process ID in the same/copy of existing message type can work for you.

Please talk  to your technical person on this once...

Anup
