Error with Iview UWL

Dear Expert.

I published the iview UWL for the role of Employee Self-Service and the portal display the following message of error.

The specified root item cannot be retrieved from the
configuration. Correct the entry before trying
again.

I found the following note but this not solve the error

Note 1177843 - "The specified root
item ..." error

can you paste the exact error and also enable support information from uwl administration so that you can see the error
