Error: Installation of SAP Netweaver Trail Version

Hello All,

I am trying to install SAP Netweaver AS ABAP 7.0 32 bit Trail Version from our "downloads" section. I have read the syst reqts and my laptop suffices them.

I have unzipped the 2 .rar files and trying to run sapinst application and it always gives my error:

guiengine: 2012-06-08 10:01:55 Login in progress ..............................

guiengine: 2012-06-08 10:02:26 Login timeout; the client was unable to establish a valid connection

Jun 8, 2012 10:02:26 AM [Info]: Stopping service "SAPinstService" ...

Jun 8, 2012 10:02:26 AM [Info]: Server shutdown by SAPinstService

Please advice.

    SAP GUI is not able to connect. Are you running SAP Inst GUI from server on which you are trying to install SAP?

    On which operating system are you trying to install the trial version ?
