Problem for Crystal Reports loading on Windows 64bit operating system

I have developed my application in Visual studio 2008 3.5 .net framework. I upgraded it to .net 4.0 and VS2010. As there is no direct support of crystal reports in VS2010, I downloaded CR 13 for VS2010 from businessobjects.com. Everything runs fine with VS2010, .neit 4.0, CR12 as designer and CR13 as runtime on any of the 32 bit windows operating systems like XP, Windows 7, 2003 server, 2008 server, etc., but when I try to deploy the project on any of the windows 64 bit editions, it gives the error as in attached picture.

I have installed CR runtime for 64 bit and CRforVS_redist_install_64bit_13_0_1 also on the target machine which has windows 7 64 bit, windows server 2003 and 2008 both 64 bit machine, but seems that it cannot resolve the error.
