BBP_UPLOAD_PAYMENT_TERMS not copying all payment terms

BBP_UPLOAD_PAYMENT_TERMS is not copying all terms of payments available in logic system to SRM system

I didnt ticked "P_PTEXT" check box, what is it, no F1 help too

Nothing entered in pre-assign Local terms of payment, what does this signfies

What could be the reason, why system is not copying all termn of payment..any suggestions?
