MCHBH Table Entry

Dear All ,

I am developing Z Report in which i required period wise batch stock in history so i am using table MCHBH but some period entry is missing into that.

for that MCHB_EXTEND Function module have to use.

can any one explain me in detail how this functional module works and how to use it ?

and also one question in table entry is like below

in MCHBH Table Entry is like

201 000000000100000024 1001 1000 A0RM800282 2012 1 201 000000000100000024 1001 1000 A0RM800282 2012 2 201 000000000100000024 1001 1000 A0RM800282 2012 5

as in table data entry for Period 3 & 4 Not found so can i get it from function module?
