We've recently started a mySAP ERP (ECC5) implementation and I've successfully managed to set-up Solution Manager 3.1 to monitor our ECC5 Development system, so that within the Solution Manager Monitor: Operations screen, the paths 'SAP Technology > Monitoring > Work Area' and 'Solution Graphic' both display the required information, such as EWA reports and monitoring stats.
However, what I can't seem to do is to get Solution Manager to display this information for itself i.e. I want to monitor SolMan itself from the Solution Manager Monitor: Operations screen, but can't get it working.
I think the problem stems from the fact that when I set-up SolMan within the System Landscape (SMSY) transaction and perform an "Assign and check an RFC Destinations" (under the Clients tab), if I tick 'Assign RFC Dest for System Monitoring' I receive the error 'RFC destinations for system monitoing could not be assigned'.
Can anyone help me with this?
