How to maintain table T001F?

Former Member

Hi I need to edit table T001F. Specifically I need to change fields KOART, FORNR_SSF and FORNR_PDF for one of my programs.

I want to change the value KOART to 2. It now has a value of 3.

I want to remove the entry from FORNR_PDF and put it into FORNR_SSF

I want to move from PDF to Smart Forms for this particular program.

I have tried OB91, OB96 and OBW1 but none work. when I use these tcodes my program doesn't even appear in the list but it is in table T001F see the attached image.

So please, are there any other tcodes that I can use to edit this table to enable my program to use Smart Forms.

Thank you

Cormac

Hi Nico,

That worked for me. I picked the first option /SAPNEA/T001F_SW and that allowed me to edit and save the changes to a transport. Thanks for the tip, I didn't know about SM30.

Thanks

Hi,

It is not advisable to maintain table entries. Rather maintain the desired entry @ SPRO - AR/AP -  Business Transactions - Internal transfer posting - Make and check settings for correspondence - Assign Programs for Correspondence Types (transaction code OB78).

Dear Cormac,

please run se16 --> insert the table T001F --> F7

Then You can do a new Entry, delete and change an already existing one.

I hope this can help.

Hi Mauri,

Thanks for your reply, it works but I had already tried Nico's SM30 suggestion. It's a nice tip though, probably dangerous in the wrong hands 😉

Thanks
