Assign License number to multiple line item at the same time

Hi,

One Custom document contains around 10 line item and all are same product.  If I need to assign the same ECCN & License to all the 10 line item at on go, is it possible (or) is there any standard transaction avaiable in GTS ?

Hi,

If you have already classified your product properly then the license will be assigned automatically for all the line items of the sales order.or else if you want assign manually go to maintain legal control data and enter the customs document number and there you need to choose each material and select the legal regulations and available licenses for that regulation.You can assign same license for all the items untill unlesss it has general license or the qty/value license with validity and sufficient qty available.

Hari,

I understand all the points mentioned by you.  for some reason the product is not classified because every time the material is shipped the user wanted to review and assign the license.

Since the matierial is not classified, the custom document will be blocked.  When the user wanted to release the license, every line item one by one they need to release.  Instead looking for any transaction which will help to release all the line item together by assigning the same license number in one shot.
