Subcontracting and inhouse production

We have a material A that can be produced in-house or subcontracted.

We are using PP/DS for this process.

Material A will have component B when subcontracted and components C and D when produced in-house.

Material A will also have operations X and Y when produced in-house and no operations when subcontracted.

Can you pl let me know what should be the master data setup and process flow in ECC and APO for this process?
