Planning details not available in S_ALR_87013611

Dear All,

I am doing data extraction.  I have run the report S_ALR_87013611 all the plan item data are displayed in front end.  And try to view the data in the table.  But some of the cost elements data are not displayed in the table name COSP and COEP.

I don't now the reason, why the data is not available in the table.  If the data is available in the table, then only we can able to see the frontend.  But here it is reversed.  I am able to view the data in the report.  But that data is not available in the table.  I don't know the reason.

Any one please help me out.

Well, figures you are looking at in 3611 are coming from those tables so it's really weird. Unless, you forgot clean the 500 limitation.

Try to limit your selection to the objects, period etc. you want to analyze.

Thanks for your reply.

Only 6 cost element account details are not displayed in the table.  But front end i am able to view these cost element detail. But why not in table?
