Delete Workflow Items in GRC 10

Good Day experts

We did a client copy and inherited all Access Requests generated from the previous Client, now we need to delete all those items... is there a functionality that caters for that i tied SM39 delete temporary data but when i looked at the program there"s not much information to go with. any suggestions?

Hello Lebo,

If it helps, as the Access Request Admin, you can search for all the open requests that are "Running" and then "Cancel Instance" the items you wish to close as admin.

From what I understand, unless you do a clean install of the GRC system, you probably can't remove these requests physically for audit purposes.

I have not played around with any of the related tables in the back end, but maybe some other experts on the forum may have a better idea.

Thanks for the prompt response Kaushai. I need to physically remove the items as they were copied from another client or box. i need this client to not have any requests inherited from the copied client.
