Hello,

I hope someone can help me with this: which transaction I can use to find total number of users/licences in SAP system? Is SU01 relevant transaction or perhaps table USR21? I am not sure because I am received different info form different sources..

Many thanks in advance!

Cheers
Sam

Hello,

Thank you all very much for your help and suggestions.

I ask this question because I want to find how many are users/licences which are not active/used in the system. I know that this data can be found in tabčles/transactions you mentioned but where and how?

If there are total 100 users/licences in the system, how can I find which 10 licences out of these 100 is not active anymore (nobody uses it anymore)?

Many thanks in advance for prompt replies!

All the best,
Sam

Hi Sam,

as above suggested you can get list of total users available through SU01/SUIM/USMM, USR02 in se16.

for License Users: all dialog users will be counted as Licensed Users, except system, communication, service user type users will be excluded from license.

Thanks,

Dear Sam..

Use su01 or su10 for listing the users of user system. but licensing will affect only for the active users.

Active users will be your license user count.

aditionaly SUIM or table usr01 (though se16)

SAP allow you to create any no of users. but then you have to pay for the additional ones.

any doubt ask me...
