GR : Automatic e-mail to the recipient of a purchase requisition

Hi experts,

I'm asked to send an automatic e-mail to the recipient of the purchase requisition, when a goods receipt is done.

I'd like to do it using customizing, but I have some problems :

- how to define recipient as a partner

- how to set this partner 'Recipient' for each item of a purchase order (instead of a partner defined in the header for all items)

Have you already worked on such a topic and could you please explain me how you solved it ?

Hi Philippe,

This defenitively requires ABAP work.

Maybe, they can use a Workflow for this or only program code.

But, by standard this is not possible.
