Red X with charts

Hi

When we try and access one of our remote networks we find that the WebI Reports runs but when we try and display charts we get a "Red X".

If we change display type to "HTML" and refresh the chart it then displays - however it will not display in "Interactive" mode.

Any help would be appreciated.
